Very pleased with the quality of people they put forward and we had several offers within 24hours.
Special mention to Rachel at Scott Fraser who was professional in all aspects of her job. She has also provided advice and has been extremely prompt with all the paperwork. Its also nice that if Rachel is not available Sam is on the ball to also answer any queries. Great team and i would highly recommend them.

Professional & proactive team. My partner and I were in the renting market and had stumbled across an offer from the shop front. From walking through the front doors, we had been greeted warmly by Chloe, of whom throughout the process looked after us from start to close, a big plus with having a single point of contact. Process was seamless and she had went above and beyond with seeking reassigning alternative colleagues to avoid time delay from various parties being on annual leave during the Holiday period. Impressed and pleased with the constant assistance by her and the team.

I recently sold my house through Scott Fraser. Getting the house on to the market happened quickly and I was happy with the professional photos, which were of better quality than those produced by other estate agents in Witney. An updated EPC was also arranged and paid for which other estate agents do not seem to include or arrange leaving it up to the client instead. Ellie was really helpful in negotiating a good offer for me, which was higher than the initial valuation. There were some issues with other parties in the chain which caused some stress when nearing exchange of contracts, but we managed to complete in the end.

I can't recommend Ellie at Scottfraser enough. Despite the poor market conditions at the time she still managed to push our sale through. She was excellent during the negotiation stage and used her expertise to get the right price.

The best part of the whole process for us was her communication. She ensured that we were always up to date whenever a viewing had happened no matter the time of day. She would always call afterwards and update us with feedback.
