I am a Landlord with three small properties managed by Bergason for a number of years.
I have always found them to be professional and knowledgeable of the local housing market both in respect of sales and lettings.
Bergason provide an excellent personal service for landlords (and for tenants) and
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Tried to contact to arrange a viewing via zoopla and directly online multiple times over 3 weeks but upon being contacted I was not available to talk so i sent a text message and returned a call but was ignored. After finally getting a call back almost a week later the woman was very rude but after reading the companies replies on here I’m not surprised. Shame as the property is lovely and strongly advise that the landlord deals with a different letting agency if he/she actually wants their property to be dealt with professionally. :)

We absolutely cannot fault Bergasons at all. We rented a property for 16 months and Bergasons were so helpful throughout the entire tenancy. Both Craig and Lorna were always very professional, approachable and friendly. They were always easy to contact, swift with their responses and resolved any issues promptly.
