Completed on my sale last week. It wasn’t the most straightforward of experiences due to an unexpected issue with title deeds but Frank Innes made things as easy and painless as they possibly could. Always friendly, professional and efficient and reassuring when necessary. Whoever I spoke to was always lovely but Hannah and Ebony in particular always seemed completely on the ball, responding to queries promptly and helping with chasing wherever possible. I would use Frank Innes again and recommend them to anyone else selling in the Mansfield area. Thank you to everyone who helped with my sale.

Amazing service, the lettings team especially Emily went above and beyond to make a extremely stressful long distance move, from the southwest to East Midlands as smooth as possible. We mainly dealt with Emily who provided us with all the information and documentation required before we had even thought about it, making the whole move feel almost stress free! From past experience, I have a very negative opinion of estate agents but Frank Innes have definitely proved me wrong! They have been involved with my husband's property rental since he bought it and have always been friendly, professional and trustworthy.
