Got accepted for a house the surveyor noticed that the house had subsidence so valued the house at £0, we didn't get the property. Your move didn't contact us to apologise, they didn't offer any help, they didn't help us look for a new property. Nothing. It was like it was planned, they just wanted a bit of money out of us. Not professional at all.

Only ever had a great experience when dealing with Your Move Northfield. All queries we've had have been dealt with in a timely, professional manner while also being very informative. We were looking for a house to buy and when walked in a guy was on the phone just looked at us and carried on talking, not asked if he can help, assist, nothing just blanked us really. Not professional or at least pretending like they care so we bought a house elsewhere 🤷 We will not recommend Your move, that was our best move just to walk away not something you would expect when you are buying a house and spending lots of money. Ridiculous
