She was always so approachable, knowledgable and kept us calm during the process. She always kept us informed & has definitely helped us through what has been a stressful process. Faultless experience with Bairstow Eves on a recent purchase. Always professional, understanding and helpful, especially Claire Dack who initially recommended the property, arranged last minute viewings, rearranged the order of viewings to accommodate us. Would recommend the company without hesitation and in my opinion the most effective and satisfying experience dealing with an estate agent.

Claire at BE was a complete star, immensely helpful, considerate and understanding. She went way further than she needed to on the sale, contacting estate agents for the properties I was after moving into. She gathered excellent offers, and had the property sold within a month of it going on the market. It was really good to be able to speak to her personally, face to face, in the Bramcote Lane office, where she patiently explained to this naive numpty the steps I needed to go through, and smoothed over my worries.

A special mention also goes to Alan, who valued my house, and was also very helpful in the sale.

That my transaction fell through was very much my fault and choice, and no fault at all of BE who were professional throughout. I will be using them again next year.
