I currently private rent through Novus Residential and my experience with the them has been incredibly positive and great.

Scott , my estate agent could not have been more professional and helpful. Rest of the team that I've dealt with are all professionally friendly, respectful and super helpful.

In addition, they're extremely responsive to any issue that needs fixing or attended to at the property and always done so within the shortest possible time- No need to ask twice for anything.

I highly recommend Novus Residential and it's been absolute pleasure renting via them.

We have recently sold a property through Novus Residential and have had a very positive experience. During this time I have had dealings with both Julian & Scott - communication from the whole team was excellent at all times and I particularly appreciated the recorded voice notes directly after viewings. The sale of the property involved a number of unforeseen obstacles but Julian, who was our main contact, was professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout, getting the sale over the line at the price we wanted. Novus has a great group of people working to give you the best service possible. They’ve done an amazing job in selling my property, all in a very unpredictable and dicey market. They also having managed it superbly in the years I lived there. Can’t recommend the team at Novus enough!

Dealing with Joanna Wade as a point of contact at Novus. Novus is managing our building and never had any problem till now. Joanna is friendly, responds quickly and resolves problems.

Excellent service - I use them both as a landlord and in my capacity of a Director of a property management company. They are highly responsive and effective and they really know the business of lettings. Have used multiple property management companies over the years, Novus are the best by far.

We came across Novus as a result of finding a property to rent as a result of work movements. This was clear at the early stage where the agent Scott was told that the purpose of moving was due to work. At the initial stage there was a lot of pressure applied to put down a deposit, being hounded with potential other viewings and that the property would not be on the market.

Due to work locations being moved unexpectedly, we queried whether we could break the contract and pay whatever was remaining. Surprise to myself was that there was first no process in place, and the agents were rude over the phone offering no help. After some time, I was returned with an answer that it would cost best half of £700 to break the clause, and this would be with VAT. Not only was I disappointed with the attitude, but the way this business claws back their costs through their clients was rather upsetting.

On trying to work with them and agreeing to the fee, we were then put on the spot to pay the money upfront, even before having carried out any sort of work. Th thuggery and brutal approach to customer service was the worst I had experienced. We were confused, lost and out of pocket, and it was a never ending nightmare dealing with Alex and Scott.

After a dreadful wait, a week later we were out of the property. My advise would be please avoid this business. From what I understand there are two people running a rather unorganised and money grabbing business. Save yourself the hardship and look to someone more professional for your property needs.

From day 1 of our move to St Johns Wood, Scott has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is approachable & friendly and is quick to respond to questions. We've now moved out of that property - and our moving out process was just as smooth. We highly recommend Scott.
