Great service from my property advisor George. He was really helpful in getting a current status report on the property condition swiftly raised and in helping with a review of the upcoming lease renewal . I was impressed with his knowledge and customer focus on all aspects of my current needs and I am confident my property investment is in good hands going forward. In the current unstable world It was a pleasant change to receive some good old fashioned customer service and confidence inspiring advice.Many thanks George and all at Leaders.

Avoid leaders if you can!!!
As a tenant of leaders through 2 properties and 8 years I can safely say they are appalling. The customer service is well below what should be expected. Proper communication is lacking throughout.
I have recently renewed my tenancy as was told my no deposit option charge would not be increasing and yet it did (no explanation given despite being told I would get one)
The property required an electric inspection and I was told it is my responsibility as tenant to arrange for this, what complete nonsense.
I also reported a potential scam text stating my rent was overdue (this is absolutely not the case) so I emailed them to see if they would alert their other tenants so nobody falls victim to the scam. I received an email telling me my account was up to date but they could get the relevant department to check this!!! No message to tenants to inform them they may be scammed.
I don’t have time to list all the other times I have been badly let down by leaders.
Please avoid using them.

I rented my first property with Leaders and had a very good experience. But I must leave a review to George Batley, who has done a fantastic job as property manager and gave me all the necessary support when I decided to end my tenancy to move to a different place. George is amazing at his job and has been an absolute star. He deserves a trophy for being so patient through the process and always replying so quickly to all my emails and phone calls. I want to say a massive thank you to him for everything.

Could not be happier. I had the unfortunate news that I had to vacate my previous property 4weeks before I was due to renew a yearly contract. Leaders and Poppy in particular have been fantastic, understanding and couldn’t have been more available to help me with every step of the move. As someone who has anxieties with anything to do with paperwork and legalities, Poppy was on hand every moment of any day to answer any silly questions I had to settle my thoughts, no matter how silly my questions felt. I have been with other companies before and I’ve always felt silly for asking even the smallest question to the “normal” person. Not once was I made to feel inadequate or stupid and was met with help and reassurance that all was fine. Poppy has helped me more than just move short notice, she seriously helped me not lose my head during my stressful time. Lovely human and highly recommend the whole company. Definitely ask for Poppy though. Legend.

Worst estate agents we have ever dealt with. We were waiting 3 MONTHS for a replacement fire alarm and when we moved out of the property there were repairs still outstanding that were reported 5 months beforehand. Don't expect to ever get a reply to emails or a call back from phone calls chasing up the repairs either. When we first joined Nik was brilliant, it's a shame his replacement ignored us and takes so long to action reports. We've got confirmation today (November) that there are no charges and we moved out in August, and that took us chasing that up to even get a reply. Good luck to anyone signing up with Leaders.

We found our home through leaders, they have been very very helpful in getting us a house. They are a great bunch of young and vibrant folks, great to interact with, understands ours needs and provides accordingly. Really thank Poppie, Daniel, Tom, Shawn, Lauren and others who have helped us and made use feel welcomed to Norwich.

Appreciate them for their efforts in helping people like us who leave homes behind and come to new places either for work or study.

Me and my partner would like to thank leaders for helping us with our first ever home together. Special thanks to Kimberley Loftus for assisting us with our first ever house move. She has be kind and patient with me. I would hugely recommend this company. They have been amazing throughout our tenancy.

What a fantastic service and experience it has been using Leaders at Norwich. From viewing the property and all along the way. Particular mention with regards to Tom Haskett who provided an outstanding service from great communication via the phone and email. The icing on the cake was the bag of goodies from them.
