I've rented for many years but the service I've received with Shona at Green Key Estate Agents is second to none. The whole company are very welcoming right from the start, we even received a welcome pack when we moved in! Any problems are instantly addressed and resolved. I couldn't recommend Green Key enough and I'm looking forward to many happy years in my new cottage.

Shona has been absolutely incredible from start to finish! As soon as we decided we wanted to rent the property, she was so quick to get the application process started. It’s taken less than 2 weeks to get the application process started and now on Monday we will be picking up our keys! She made sure to see this through from beginning to end. She has helped answered any questions no matter how silly they have seemed. She is an absolute asset to the Green Keys team. Thank you so much Shona!

Had 3 weeks to move out before I didn’t have anywhere to stay. Arranged a viewing. Communication within team was excellent, phone call straight back and even though it was all first for me private renting, no question was too stupid. Nikkie was brilliant at sorting and organising everything quickly. Everything was easy to do on apps or phone. Everything was done signed within a week and half and I had a week to move in

Nickie has been absolutely brilliant! We were a little nervous about finding a new flat, as everything seemed to be going so quickly. Nickie arranged a viewing same day we found the flat, despite being very busy. Within 3 days, the application process had started.

Within a month we had moved, the flat is beautiful and Nickie made the process so easy and stress free. Everything was professional, straight forward & she was friendly and approachable with every question I had.

I couldn't recommend green keys more, especially Nickie. Can't thank them enough.

Within a couple of weeks of my house going on the market Gareth had organised several viewings and received an offer. He has kept me informed and assisted me throughout the sale and everything went without a hitch, couldn’t have asked for any more!

Excellent service throughout. I’ve been with Green Keys for 2 years and never had a problem. They were very quick and efficient when things with the house needed looking at such as a new bay window. I was always able to contact and communicate well with Shona Smith in particular who dealt with my tenancy. Great communication and all interactions were friendly and informative when needed.
