I don’t normally write reviews on places but I was just so impressed with the service, I received when selling our flat through Your Move Dartford. Steve the branch manager and Jayne has been so helpful throughout the whole process. Really good communications, correspondence and advice from the beginning. Specially in the current housing market which can be quite daunting for a person who’s selling for the first time.

Great service and would highly recommend Your Move.I had a tenant vacate a rental flat in November after many years & wasn’t sure whether to sell or possibly rent out again. I don’t live in the area so i had to phone round all the estate agents to decide which on to use. Right from the get go they came across much more focused, switched on and hungry for the business which is what you want when you have an empty flat!
Within a week the Sales team got me good offer considering the current interest rates, However, the lettings team pulled it out the bag with a 40% rental increase & one year upfront.
Steve is an experienced hands on manager which made a huge difference.

Phenomenally amazing service from the team at YM Dartford, especially from Steve Lock who has worked with us tirelessly for months to complete on our new home this week. Steve has communicated effectively with all parties at all stages during a very tough process, getting an almost failed sale over the line. He then went the extra mile and helped us to surprise my mum who couldn't believe we had bought! Steve has set the bar very high for every estate agent - we absolutely recommend. 5 stars. I have been a client of Your Move at Dartford for many years now and I never cease to be amazed at how quickly and efficiently they find new tenants for me and, in doing so, reduce my 'voids' to a minimum.
I am also very impressed by their due diligence in selecting and offering me a range of Tenants.
Ula is 'all over it!' from the start and she is well supported by the Team.
I have also found Kyle both helpful and constructive in dealing with my general rental enquiries.
In summary, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Dartford Team to both Landlords and Renters.
