I received excellent service from Gareth Lewis from Darlows of Caerphilly. When I spoke with Gareth on the phone he was friendly, polite and very helpful. I shortened my family holiday to view a property and he was able to arrange for me to see the property at a time convenient to me as well as the vendor. It was refreshing to speak with someone who genuinely cares about the people - the buyer and vendor, not just about selling houses. When I met with Gareth to view the property he was again helpful, friendly and polite, he included my children in conversation and gave us time to have a good look around the house and garden. Highly recommended!

We started our property search back in April and contacted Darlows to register for any new properties that came onto the Market.

Gareth always sends over anything new that comes on the market that suits our requirements, even telephoning to give us the heads up before they go live. He is extremely friendly and always available if we had any questions.

Gareth Lewis has been great in helping me and my partner find our first house. Absolute delight of a branch! As a lone first time buyer that’s been looking for over a year, these guys have definitely been the most helpful, professional, reassuring team I could have wished for. I evidently was very nervous and unsure about what the ‘next steps’ would be. Everyone in this branch especially Richard have constantly reassured me, informed me and taken the time to call me to check I fully understand everything and that I am comfortable and happy. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. I’m so grateful for their help and support so far and I’m very excited to be buying my first home with them. I can highly recommend Darlows Caerphilly as all the staff are extremely helpful especially Gareth Lewis, he is not only helpful but highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the area. I was very impressed that he was able to facilitate a last minute viewing on the property I purchased through them. He went the extra mile and made sure there was good communication with the seller and myself, including conveyancing solicitors and surveyors all the way through the process.
