We bought a house using Reeds Rains estate agents and we were very impressed with the speed of response and the professional manner that they showed throughout. We also liked the fact that they were very friendly when we had conversations with them. If I was selling our property I would definitely use Reeds Rains as they pushed the sale through when it was needed. Excellent service. Tom & Derry from the Rhyl office and also Holly Houghton from the Prescott office were fantastic. Do not hesitate to use Reeds Rains, you wont be dissapointed.

a caring team that clearly wants to do its best to ensure a smooth and painless process. derry and tom were particularly hands-on and prepared to go the extra mile to keep things running smoothly. the regular email updates were helpful. members of the team were sometimes hard to get hold of and we had some communication bumps along the road, although that was in the context of a not-so-straightforward communication chain.

I'm very happy that I changed from my old Real Estates to Reeds Rains.

I don't know if all Reeds Rains staff in other areas are as good, but I'd recommend Rhyl office always.

Had an awful time whilst living in our first home. Had so many issues with things. The landlord was also to blame but we’ve felt alone with problems and a nuisance whenever we tried to have things corrected. Wouldn’t recommend.
