A very poor experience. Looking to buy a beautiful house. Initially asked what my offer was so I "wasn't wasting anyone's time". Didn't like receiving follow up calls. Wasn't told the road to property was closed. Sealed bid requested following our initial formal offer - which seemed like sketchy practice. We probably would have offered more at the time but my wife and I were amazed by the treatment we received from the women working here.

Could not praise this estate agents enough. Friendly, approachable, informative and kept us updated. This company has a very high level of professionalism. Would highly recommend

Contacted them to confirm details of a property as not local and need to me it worth while to travel to see.
I asked the person on the phone to confirm details, to which the response was "obviously", I asked if they could confirm the car access to the property as the details were not clear, again, "obviously" No it was not obvious and I would state the details were deliberately ambiguous.

We had previously viewed a house at their convince and they had booked a person on top of us. We were made to feel uncomfortable to continue looking.

Not recomended!!! Be aware that contact with agency is impossible! No one pick up phones. Email respond longer than 5 days often. They not follow the law with deposit!!! Ignoring queries. Not interested of sort the problems in house or any issue after tenants agreement! The worse tenant experience ever!

Dreadful. Trying to purchase a property they have listed and could not be less helpful. I would not be happy if I was the vendor!

Very off hand staff, sometimes positively rude. Phone almost never answered. Have failed to even acknowledge my numerous, polite emails, never mind actually give me an answer to my question. A one sentence email apologising for the delay would have helped but I haven't even had that. I would recommend steering well clear.
