A big thank you to Kerrie Edwards and the team at the Chepstow office of Archer & Co who were tasked with the sale of my Mums property. As I live in Australia it was a bit daunting but Kerrie was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful, kept me up to date every step of the way, even liaised with a neighbour who was keeping an eye on the place! Highly recommended, thanks again.

I recently sold my property through Archers and can't thank them enough. Alex made an amazing video which showed off the cottage to it's best. The cottage sold within two weeks but it took a further six months to go through due to the solicitors (no fault of Archers). During this time Gill managed the progression. Gill was always at the end of the phone, kept me up-to-date with what was going on and gave me good advice. Her down to earth approach and common sense was invaluable. I can't thank her enough. I thought I would ask three agents to value my home and Kerrie from Archers was the second. Professional from the very first meeting I decided that I didn’t need a third and instructed them straight away. My house is now under offer and I cannot thank the whole team enough, everyone involved has been amazing from the excellent photos and video at the outset to handling all the viewings and feedback and the keeping me updated at each stage throughout the process. I would highly recommend Archers. From the first minute of contacting them all the staff were friendly and professional. The photographer and video-maker started the process with first class work. Alex the Sales Director always calls back and keeps you in the loop. Gill who does the sales progressing was efficient, organised and friendly. The staff who showed the house to potential buyers were interested and knowledgeable. Despite difficult times for buyers and the problems with lockdown, Archers always did their best in what were very trying circumstances. I would certainly use them again and would caution against other large agents in the Chepstow area where I have had very different experiences. Well done Archers. First class.

Chose to go with Archer & Co after meeting with Kerrie Edwards. Although not the cheapest they certainly came across as the most professional. Kerrie was attentive and listened to what we wanted and her advise was most appreciated. I cannot fault the service provided by Archers Chepstow, from the first visit from Zara right through to the sale, communications were excellent. Zara and Gill were always available to discuss issues and navigated through several tricky situations brilliantly.
