Moginie James Estate Agents - Roath Sales were very helpful and supportive during the my first property purchase. They communicated effectively and always checked in with myself with regards to the process and the conveyancing process in general. They also provided a lovely welcome upon completion when picking up the keys which was very much appreciated.
I would recommend Moginie James to anyone considering buying or selling their properties in the Cardiff area.

Moginie James Roath acted in behalf of our seller and were absolutely fantastic through the entire process. Incredibly helpful, and assisted in finding contractors once we moved in. The little gift package they gift you on moving in is also a lovely touch! Could not recommend more.

Some lovely staff but over 3 months later and have not received my deposit back. It took 7 weeks since tenancy ended to confirm I was to receive full deposit back. Then 6 weeks on top of that and I am still yet to receive it. I've sent multiple emails and it takes them weeks to respond.

If you’re looking to sell/buy a property in Roath, forget all the other estate agents and head straight to Moginie James.
The service you receive here is outstanding.
My situation was a little unusual to say the least but their professional and caring staff turned my nightmare into a breeze.

Condescending, unprofessional and simply useless. We have been waiting to receive our deposit back for months now, when there was absolutely no dispute whatsoever. Chantelle Bailey would not action anything unless chased and in the end purposely delayed the repayment of our deposit out of spite. We rented many properties in the past and this is the first time we're experiencing such a poor service.
