I was originally going to another agent as always thought of them as the people to go to in Dinas but I decided I'd call in at Peter Alan to have a chat with them. And I'm so glad I did! What welcoming, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff they have there. I sat down after the warm welcome from all staff with a young lady called Abbie and she was fantastic. She just sat and listened to my situation advising me how things get processed and what the steps are as I haven't sold or bought anything in 30 years since I moved here. If I do decide to put my house up for sale I will definitely use Peter Alan. I already have the confidence they will get my house sold and help guide me through the sale. Abbie is a real credit to that office and the company.

The customer service I received from Peter Alan Dinas Powys was superb. I was selling my property at a difficult time - COVID-19 restrictions made things more challenging the staff, the buyers and sellers. The office staff were extremely busy but always found the time to return my calls and emails, and provide reassurance and helpful advice where necessary. Any minor issues were cleared up immediately. Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control we were unable to get the outcome we were all hoping for, but the excellent service continued throughout and right up to the point to when i had no choice but to remove my property from sale. The reassurance and support I received from the branch manager, Rhian Williams, was beyond anything i expected. I am very glad I decided to use this company - there are cheaper out there I'm sure - but I would advise anyone selling a property to be cautious when considering these companies because moving is rarely an easy process, and you need someone who knows what they're doing on your side.

After just asking Peter Alan for a valuation I was never really intending to use them for selling my property. Rhian Williams came around and her infectious appetite for the local market and commitment to selling my house won me over. From start to finish Rhian took ownership of my property with some of the team (Katie and Robyn) contributing significantly along the way.
