We recently had dealings with John Francis Estate Agents through the process of purchasing our forever home.

The service they provided from start to finish was nothing but professional and friendly! On each occasion we had cause to speak with the company with whatever query we had staff always did their best to resolve and alleviate any issue!

We dealt mostly with Kayley who I have to say is a massive credit to the company and John Francis should be honoured to have her as a part of their team!

I recently sold my house and bought a property with the Pontardawe Branch so I have seen both sides of the process ......selling my house went smooth but alas buying a property in need of a major refurb took a bit of work due to one of the sellers living overseas and with all the time difference and bad phone lines alot of communication issues , but I have to say the professional standards of the office was superb and kept me informed throughout the difficulties and thus securing my home . All the staff were very pleasant and helpful but special mention to Kayley who was excellent above and beyond what I would expect . So thanks again girls and Rhys and I shall see you all again soon when I'll be buying.

Recently bought our home through John Francis in Pontardawe, and have bithing but praise for all of the staff who work in the branch.

Every phonecall and email was answered with professionalism and friendliness even when we had some problems with our solicitors, and we were made to feel welcome with every communication.

All staff appeared enthusiastic, and every single one seemed to go that extra mile from first communication until last.

This was an important move to get right, downsizing to something more manageable in later life. I needn't have worried as the staff; a special mention for both Zac and Rachel, have been incredibly helpful. I would recommend using this long established firm if you are looking for a hassle free sale and purchase.

Recently bought house through John Francis Pontardawe and agents were great with all the procedures but sometimes updates were not as quick as I would have hoped. I had to ring the office to get updates but this could be due to the extreme business in the market currently. Overall good estate agents.
