We rent a property from them and the property is in need of repair, which is expected of an oldd house, however they are none responsive to anything I call them and their always busy and never call back email them and never respond back, ive been without a shower now since the 28th of june and apparently its not a priority as we have a bath even though water was coming through my kitchen light, I have no doubt that any of the issues have been reported to the landlord, Dave the maintenance guy is so good even came out to us on his day of as I was never given an emergency number, I would not recommend using them for sales or rented

Brilliant experience with them, finding/buying my first lovely home after I gave up with other agents! They're genuine, friendly, down to earth, no fuss and patient. I was having a really horrid time searching in Chester, until I arranged a viewing with Julie in Flint, she set everything rolling for me and Megan saw it all through with absolutely no stress, despite unavoidable delays from the Land registry and mortgage brokers. Absolutely horrendous, ignorant company. If you are a tenant or a home owner looking to rent then STAY CLEAR. A shame because the landlord was lovely but Reid and Roberts refuse to give their details to us and let the house come to rack and ruin. This was multiple members of staff as well as the owner. Use at your own risk.
