Peter Alan - Head Office

Recently contacted Jordan Knill & Carole Sheppard, received a brilliant service all round from both and are a credit to the company. Would recommend Peter Alan to rent your property especially under the fully managed service as they take care of everything.

Appalling service, have rented a property through Peter Alan for the past 4 years, had to carry out numerous repairs myself including fitting a new front door lock as they NEVER take notice of things flagged up in their own property inspections, now the tenancy has ended they seem unable to return phone calls or emails regarding the the return of my deposit. My advice is do not, under any circumstances, rent a property through Peter Alan.

I didn't have the best experince with my landlord at the end of my rental period but Courtney at Peter Alan kept me informed throughout the whole process & made a difficult issue that bit easier to deal with.

Never Never Never rent a property from these clowns, my Daughter has been in a property for a little over a month. they have had several problems with the property.Blocked drains, leak Through the kitchen ceiling, 2nd leak through ceiling directly over the boiler, my Daughter unplugged the boiler and received an electric shock right up her arm into her shoulder. they currently have no hot water or heating. The temperature tonight is -2 degrees , the baby has a chest infection, and is taking antibiotics, temperature is set to remain extremely low over the next several days, and into minus for the next several evenings.

The stair spindles are wide enough that my granddaughter could easily fall through, the law states that the gap must not be more than 9cm however the gap is 18cm, and the agent or so called agent Peter Allan state that this law only applies to council lettings not private lettings, so many more problems and they couldn't care less.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE AGENTS.

I will never ever rent a property or handle anything directly with Peter alan again, all rude & lazy. From start to finish we were messed around, treated like dirt, got in contact with the branch manager Ryan about his staff at Blackwood branch! and still awaiting a reply after 4 weeks he’s just as bad & lazy. Head office are even worse! Being passed pillar to post! No customer service skills at all when they finally decide to answer!! Very rude women I spoke to today! Not helpful at all! Still awaiting our refund after 4 weeks! Quick enough taking the payment but always a delay when it’s a refund! Also our rented property never had its maintenance passed on to the landlord for 2 years!! We had to get in contact with the Landord ourselves as they were failing to do their jobs! I would avoid this RUDE company as a whole! By pass!! you will be treated less to nothing!! They make sure everything on their end is satisfactory level but when it comes to their customers everything is dragged out, forgotten about or passed aside untill they can be bothered to deal with things. They are not worth the contract!!! We are with parkmans now and it’s the best decision we ever made!! Nothing is to much for them they are great! Just like an estate agents should be!! Shame on you Peter Alan.

Chloe was great to deal with, kept me informed throughout the end of tenancy process and was happy to help sort my deposit queries.

Rented a property with Peter Alan, since before moving in there was a lack of communication, when moved into the property, it was not cleaned at all was very dirty and has the previous owners shoes and even teeth in the bathroom!! Had tried changing rent payment date since before we moved in and still has not been sorted. Found out that they had not payed out landlord for the first three months we were there when we had been paying our rent to them. We needed maintenance assistance and was not granted by landlord as they had not received rent. Would call for things to be sorted out and not hear anything so would call up for an update and not even remember our previous conversation! Would never rent from them again and do not recommend to anyone! Stay clear!! See photos of our house when we moved in, disgusting especially when in a pandemic!
