Lewis went above and beyond to help me find a property that suits my personal circumstance and preferences. I had been let down by another local agent and the difference in customer care and quality of service shown at Hrt was worlds apart in comparison. Would highly recommend them.

When dealing with estate agents I found that they promise a reliable service however under deliver however glad to say that HRT is not one of them. When enquiring about a rental property I was promptly booked in with Cara who was friendly and straight to the point. When viewing the property I was welcomed on time by Lewis who also answered any question I had in detail and even followed up with a courtesy call which wasn't expected but a welcome change. Although I didn't proceed with my application , at no fault to HRT, I was extremely impressed and would recommend.

We have been renting with HRT since 2019. Lewis has been fantastic throughout. He has responded promptly to every issue and was great throughout 2020. For reasons out of our (and his) control we have recently had to move. He helped us find our home and has done everything possible to make the move as smooth as possible - he even had a cupboard moved in the kitchen for us to create more space. We can't recommend HRT enough.

As a tenant, I couldn't have asked for a better estate agents. I have moved quite a bit over the years and have had so many estate agents, and most of them weren't great.
