They were actually cheaper than other estate agents in the area and 100% better.

They sold the property on behalf of my grandmother. She had already moved up to Cardiff, so it was I that was dealing with them. I cannot express how incredibly good they were through the entire process.
They were excellent about keeping in touch, and kept us more informed than our own solicitors.

On behalf of my family and myself I would like to to say a huge thank you to all the the team at John Francis Pembroke. Anne, Haydn, Helen and especially Liz went above and beyond to make the sale of our one bedroom flat happen. We had been renting it out for the last 8 years after living there for 6 ourselves. The value of the flat had dropped due to the financial crash in 2008 and we had waited patiently for the value to creep back up in order to at least redeem the mortgage. We were not overly fond of renting it out as, getting a decent tenant is pot luck and people don’t realize there are a lot of hidden costs involved. We put the property up for sale with John Francis Pembroke a couple of years ago, and as demand for property in Pembrokeshire rose we received and accepted an offer in January of this year. Liz was generally our main point of contact and was always the other end of the phone for any queries we had. Even when they were so busy and unable to take my phone call, you could guarantee a call back before the end of the day. There were many times that Liz would have to play the role of a second solicitor too as the buyers conveyancer was less than good at communicating and at generally doing their job. This meant that she and the rest of the team would spend a lot of time trying to get through to the buyer’s solicitor just to get me a update and it was never too much trouble. I'm not sure if it hadn't of been for the constant communication of Liz and Anne with the buyer and their solicitor that things would have gone to plan. If for whatever reason Liz was unavailable, either Anne, Haydn or Helen were there to pick up where she had left off no problem at all. They all put the same amount of time and effort, if not more, into selling this small, low priced property as they would have a £1,000,000 estate home. They have no idea how much we appreciate what they have done for us. We cannot thank you all enough. A special mention and thank you to Anne, who prior to this sale going ahead had kept in regular contact with us in regards to viewings and feedback. Viewings early on were made difficult for her as there was a tenant living at the property, so they needed to be arranged in advance as well as communicating directly with the tenant . However as always nothing was too much trouble. Again a special thank you to Liz, we don’t know what we would have done without you!

John Francis Pembroke recently sold a property for me. Haydn, Liz and rest of the team provided a great service.

Haydn knows the local property market like the back of his hand and puts a strong emphasis on client care. His standard of service was excellent.

Liz provided faultless client service - she kept me updated at all stages, was very responsive and was always helpful with any queries I had.

In summary, Haydn and Liz combined strong knowledge of the local property market, a robust understanding of the conveyancing process along with excellent client care. They always pick up the phone with anything requiring discussion rather than hiding behind email. Most importantly, they are genuinely nice people to deal with.

JF Pembroke was recommended to me a few years ago and they then sold a property for me in 2021. The strength of service ensured I came back to them to sort another sale in 2022. It goes without saying that if selling any property in future I would want them involved. I will also continue to recommend them to others.

Thanks to Anne in particular as she dealt with many a question on our part and remained professional yet friendly putting us at ease during the whole process.
