I dealt with Louise Pinch with respect to one particular property. She was very professional but also very friendly when we spoke on the phone. She has a fantastic Welsh accent! She was very efficient at providing the information I requested and with arranging the viewing. I was running late for the viewing and she kindly pushed the time back. Dealing with Louise in person reflected my dealings with her over the phone. She was friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the property and the area. I have one property managed by Darlows. Initially I didn’t have the best experience with the lettings team bar Oliver and Kelsey. I found it hard to get a response from the team but after raising the issue with Oliver, the lovely Kelsey took over managing my property for me and I have been very very happy with the service she provides. She’s easy to talk to and I can trust that she will actually get things sorted for me. Kelsey would receive a 5 star review from me but unfortunately due to my initial experience I would have to give the company less as a whole.

We had excellent service from Aliyah Kennedy at Darlows. She was very professional yet still made us feel comfortable about asking any questions and was so helpful in explaining everything about the purchasing process of the property that we were interested in.
