Fussells

I went to view a house with Fussells. the last time I will. House had been sold more than a week before, no one told me, I telephoned to say I was running late and they said the viewing was yesterday and I hadn't turned up. I said the viewing was booked today Wednesday, I was then told today is Thursday not Wednesday, I said I think you better check as today is Wednesday, they said OH YEH IT IS, ANY WAY THE HOUSE IS SOLD.
I asked to speak to the manager and was then met with a load of verbal abuse and the telephone slammed down mid conversation.
Well Fussells there are now hundreds of estate agents throughout Cardiff and now online, and I for one will not be calling on you again for a viewing, in fact I will rather put a note through the seller's door telling them how much I adore the service you provide and offer them a direct sale with me as a result.

Having had a bad experience and being let down by another local Estate Agent, we paid a visit to Fussells Caerphilly. Deb in the office, having fantastic local knowledge, found us the perfect property. The process with Fussells was seamless, having exchanged and completed within 7 weeks of starting our conveyancing.

Fussells, (in particular Deb), kept us up to date with everything. We cannot fault this Estate Agent, who also gave us the personal touch. Well done Fussells we love our new house.
Would recommend Fussells to anyone who is looking to buy and sell.

First Class Professionals - Have been clients of this firm for some years now and they are the most professional people we have dealt with as our letting agent. They are a font of knowledge both legal and practical. They provide an efficient and fast service. Great communicators, experts in their field and without hesitation we highly recommend.

Made a long 45 mile journey to a pre-arranged appointment for a house viewing on Saturday 25th August at 12PM.

Nobody showed up. I called the main office and was told "I will check where the agent is now and get right back to you."

They didn't get back to me.

I called again later in the day asking for an explanation and they said they'd call me back again.

Once again, they didn't.

When people make the effort to visit properties you have listed, you need to make sure your agents turn up.

If I was selling a house in the area, I would NOT recommend Fussells - they can't even get the appointments in order. Customer care is non-existent.

Whoever is responsible for not meeting me on the above appointment needs a disciplinary - this is not the way to run a business.

Very very disappointed and I will purposely not buy a house from you. I will let the vendor know about what has happened because it is unacceptable. They are the ones paying for a service that they aren't getting from you.

Tried to arrange a viewing for any day except Monday. I requested any other day as I finish my night shift on Monday morning and wouldn't be able to attend because I would be recovering from 7 night shifts. I had a viewing arranged for Monday which I did not agree to I wasn't asked if this date was ok I was told the viewing is..... Honestly I've dealt with very many estate agents over the passed few months and I'm more than satisfied with most, they understood that Monday was a no go area and subsequently booked viewings for the rest of the week.

I have rented my property out with Fussells for a number of years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Sheryl has been superb throughout, professional and very proactive. Living hundreds of miles away I feel assured that the property is well looked after by Fussells.

Late show for the photgraphs and wasn't informed they were going to be late. My wife had to ring up and find out when they were coming. The photographer was late due to an administrative issue, no fault of the photographer. After that the service was absolutely amazing. The photos were taken and on the same day our house was up on zoopla and rightmove with the photos to a high quality to which we were very happy about. We were informed by a phone call of viewings booked and this was followed up by a text message and email and this was also the process when we had any offers. The staff were always very helpful, polite and professional and were always available when we had any questions to ask. If it wasnt for the little mishap with the administrative error it would have been 5 star. I would 100% recommend and if I was to move again I would definitely be using Fussells/Pinkmove.Just to add that they were by far the cheapest out of the 4 estate agents we had to value our house which had no effect on the service provided.

Arranged a viewing with my son, waited half hour only to be told it'd already been let. Didn't even bother to tell me. Totally unprofessional and will never use again.
