After quite some time house hunting for my first home in the Carmarthen area I stumbled across a property that fitted the bill that John Fransis had for sale. Being sceptical of the whole prosecute and having being gazumped by Clee Thompkinson on a previous purchase I was treading carefully.

The John Fransis team was very reassuring throughout the whole sale and as being a novice in the business of a house purchase they really helped to calm any nerves regarding the situation.

All staff were very welcoming and warming.
From Michelle on the first viewing, Sam for the mortgage advise and then finally feisty Chris on managing to hurry along the what seemed never ending seller solicitor waiting times.

I recently let a property through John Francis, Carmarthen. Aled was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Keeping in touch and keeping us informed at all times. He worked extremely quickly, as we needed to find somewhere straight away, and nothing was too much trouble for him. A real pleasure to deal with, and gave us a far better experience than all of the other estate agents we dealt with while on the hunt for a new home. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
