We are really happy with our experience of finding a property to let through John Francis Haverfordwest. Aki was an absolute pleasure to deal with and really put us at ease with his positive, friendly, professional and extremely helpful manner. We were able to find the perfect home and knew we could rely on Aki for his prompt communication and attention to detail. Thank you to James too, who stepped in perfectly when Aki wasnt available. Recently had the worst experience with Chloe from the Haverfordwest branch, not only has she lost the chance of selling our house, she’s also lost herself a sale as myself and my partner went to view a bungalow and we wanted to sell our house, we viewed the bungalow with Chloe LUCKILY the owner was there to answer whatever questions we had as she was more interested in playing with his dog. despite this myself and my partner loved the bungalow and we decided that as soon as we got home about 20 mins later we would put an offer in, as we didn’t hear back straight away we just put it down as they were closed for new years, however they opened again on the 3rd January so we expected to hear from them with an answer, hours went past and still nothing so my partner phoned them and spoke to Chloe and she said that the bungalow had a viewing this morning and they want to sell to them, when asked did she even put across our offer she replied NO with absolutely no reason or excuse why she was more interested in making sure that no other branch were Able too sell our house despite us living in a different town and slagging them off to us, Highly unprofessional and incompetent!!

Amazing, a very helpful, kind, supportive and patient lady called meg has been a star!!!! Pretty much guided me and my partner all they way through the process! Professional and quick! We are very grateful and a credit to John Francis. Thank you.

Rachel has been absolutely brilliant with regards to the lettings pre-service and letting our property. She has been very knowledgeable and extremely professional. The service has been superb and Rachel has been very responsive and supportive far beyond the call of duty. I would recommend John Francis and especially to Rachel to anyone who is looking to let a property. Support has also been great from the rest of the team and this is highly appreciated.
