Fantastic! We went to Altinkum in January 2015 after meeting Jayne and Izzy at the Birmingham Exhibition. It was a fabulous experience all round and they were so welcoming. They arranged and helped us with everything. Jeannette is now the proud and happy owner of a Duplex on Royal Marina. A decision was made on Tuesday and we “moved in” on Thursday. It is a fully furnished apartment with one double bedroom and two single beds in downstairs bedroom with two terraces one covered one roof.
We can wholeheartedly recommend their services – friendly, practical and so helpful backed with years of local knowledge and experience. We are due to fly out again in April and we can’t wait!

We recently purchased a holiday apartment in Turkey, and both Jayne and Canan at Spot Blue were fantastic in making our dream come true.

We had done a lot of research online over the winter, booked a week at a cheap hotel and had arranged to meet with 3 or 4 agents for them to show us their properties. We met Canan, who showed us round on our first day, at our pace, and had selected a range of properties within our budget that gave us plenty of options. A bit different the next day, when other agents showed us place after place all over our budget (but you'll be able to negotiate down!) and hadn't really understood what we were after.

We had a relatively small budget, but from the hours looking on the internet were sure we could find somewhere that could give us nearly everything we were after, though we knew on our budget there would have to be some compromises.

To cut to the chase, we could have chosen 2 or 3 of the properties Canan showed us, whereas there was only one from all the others in contention that was in our price range.

The apartment we chose was in Cukurbuk, near Gumusluk, tucked away in a lovely valley, beautiful, peaceful, a fantastic setting, and a great apartment, fully furnished, really good sized rooms, a large balcony/terrace that gets the sun (slightly mottled by the beautiful pink and white bougainvillea) all through the day, overlooking the pool and just a short stroll to the beach. The compromise, no sea view, but walk 100 yards to one of the other pools on the complex and you can watch the sun set over the sea. We couldn't have dreamed of anything better, we've just come back from our first 2 weeks there, and we love it, it's everything we ever wanted and more.

Back to Spot Blue. They were great, Canan was lovely and so welcoming, and between her and Jayne they helped us get everything arranged, solicitors, bank accounts everything we needed.

Whilst here back in England after we had put the offer on the property Canan sent us up to date photos of the property, a lovely thought.

I would definitely recommend Spot Blue to anybody wishing to view/purchase a property in Turkey, their customer service is first class, as is their after care.

We bought an apartment near to Bodrum in Turkey through Spot Blue in October 2014. The buying process went ahead without any issues or delays. All went smoothly to plan. Spot blue recommended a lawyer to us who was conveniently based in Bodrum. He was a great lawyer and was very English literate. Spot Blue helped us by ferrying us to and from the lawyers office. Spot Blue also offered to help us with any subsequent shopping advice and journeys once we had completed. All in all our buying experience was very positive and everything went to plan. I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending Spot Blue to potential overseas property purchasers.

From initial contact with Spot Blue through to the sale of my apartment things could not have gone any better. The whole company could not have done anymore for me, always professional but friendly with it. I would recommend Spot Blue to anyone looking to sell abroad, They are proactive in getting the job done! What more could I ask for?

The original viewing experience was expertly handled and the purchase of the property in Belek was seamless. They organised the lawyer in Alanya and assisted with purchases of all furniture, bedding, pots and pans etc. They arranged for the tax numbers to be issued making our lives (particularly with no knowledge of Turkish) very simple. I am positive concerning Spot Blue. The service provided is super and at high level of accountability. Rapid response by Laurance and proper delegation. I only been in contact with Laurance and Enas. Enas is something else. She is a model of competent sales person. She delivers an outstanding services and is very familiar with the area. Dedicated and not time waster. In two days, with her knowledge and support, I managed to take a decision, open bank account, complete the power of attorney at the Notre and finalize the purchase. No hesitation. Without her capabilities and knowledge, it wouldn't be possible. Afterwards, she is always available and I do appreciate her quick response.

Our appartment had been on the market for several years with no interest. We listed it with Spot Blue during the Pandemic and it was sold within a year. Doing the transaction was very easy as Spot Blue sourced the local lawyer who handled all the outstanding payments due on the property. Haasle free and successful :-D
