Belvoir Kettering Sales and Lettings

A extremely abusive and aggressive manner when dealing with my concerns. They have been nothing but inconsiderate and sometimes obstructive when trying to pay them the rent. Their communication with the council and myself has been nothing short of belligerent. You would be better served buying a cardboard box and living behind the shops, as the rats are probably nicer.
After seeing their comment that they checked their records and found no person named Dixon in their registration, I wonder why they would deny this, could it be shame?

They were very understanding about the kind of tenants we wanted in our property and made sure the criteria was met.
