So I found the staff always friendly and super helpful. If they couldn't help they would find out and come back to me. They kept there word and where an around great team. Very impressed thanks you for all you did and changing our impression of estate agents. On completion of renting out our current property we got a move in box with lots of great treats in it.

Absolutely disgusting company run by utter clowns. Not one of them knows how to let properties. Once you start renting you get completely neglected, they do no repairs, the phone numbers they give you incase of emergency do not answer at all.
How these people have a company is completely beyond me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Thief's and incredibly unprofessional agency. They lied to us with several things and destroyed our reputation. Their lies cost us almost 2500£ and on the top we failed the reference's to move out from the property because they lied again. I do not recommend and please be aware with them.

We purchased a flat that Naylor Powell was marketing. Several agents there (Scott, Laurie) showed us the flat on quite a few occasions, with patience and clear information. Leah there was extremely professional and very kind, updating us regularly/weekly on the correspondence with the seller's solicitor. It was consistently so throughout a period of several months. Leah was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and polite, and extremely reliable - always coming back with updates and replies to every question and every email. The clarity and consistency of the communications really helped and ultimately sped up the process. Communications from her colleagues at Naylor Powell were also uniformly prompt and helpful. We then used their letting service. Kate provided an accurate evaluation based on a careful market analysis of the pricing, size, and conditions of similar properties in the surrounding areas. She was prompt, professional, and delightful to interact with, leaving us with a helpful folder full of information, and the viewings were arranged in quick successions, securing two potential tenants swiftly - within ~1-2 weeks. Callum then provided a detailed update on the feedback and potential tenants after each batch of viewing, offering factual analyses on different factors to help us make an optimal decision. The contract was signed swiftly - and electronically, as such it was very convenient and suited us well. Overall, the agents at Naylor Powell and the services they provided are among the very best of all the real estate agents that we have used including quite a few in Bristol - friendly, open, transparent, prompt, professional, and good value.

We've just completed on a flat and Leah was my key contact. I have to say she's been super professional and patient - the pandemic has resulted in the process being a little slower that usual, but she has been great in keeping us informed and also the vendor.
