I have had the pleasure in dealing with Valley Residentials for the last few years and their service is excellent. Emma, Jimmy and the team are honest, friendly, helpful and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent or sell their property. 10 out of 10.

Previously rented homes are still posted on their Web sites and zoopla. Update to avoid wasting time.

Do not ever use their services, they don't care about their tenants at all. The properties they rent out are mainly properties which are collapsing and filled with problems and defects, and when something malfunctions they never pick up the phone, they answer when ever they feel like, don't read or respond to their messages or emails in days. If I could I would give them minus 5 stars but, Google doesn't offer that function for rating. In general to avoid unwanted headaches and financial damage, stay away from them as a letting agent

What a friendly and helpfull estate agent, they where the most welcoming out the lot, always kept me updated with everything, hats off to the girls at Valley Residentials in Cheshunt,
