Stay away. I had a terrible experience. Bedroom damp and mouldy, NOP agents refused to do most basic repairs like fixing thermostat etc. They wouldn't let me leave my contract. In the end I had to involve my MP, as my only option.

Liked the response of the team, online document filling and e-signatures were comfortable and moving in was smooth

I had to camp in the snow for a property from them
