Page & Wells (King Street Maidstone branch) were the acting agents in my purchase of an investment property during late 2017/early 2018 & my dealings at the outset were with Sam Mihill.

He was an absolute delight to work with, gracious approachable, exceptionally helpful throughout the three moth process as well as efficient & completely understanding of my specific requirements as an investment purchaser including the three viewings prior to exchange, even going as far juggling his diary & rearranging appointments in order that we had continuity; nothing was too much trouble.

He also, even more importantly managed to very diplomatically & successfully secure the offer that I had tabled to the vendor and persevered until acceptance.

Sam also continued to be supportive with some post completion issues that arose. Cannot recommend Sam highly enough.

Superb service. David Page proved himself to be knowledgeable about the local housing market and gave excellent advice. He and his team went over and above to help get the house sold, putting a lot of time into the process. Whenever I had to contact the office I always got a speedy response, even in the middle of the covid pandemic. I look at some of the other comments which scored P&W poorly with incredulity. I couldn't fault David and his excellent team.

We can't thank Phil and Be from the larkfield branch enough, they went above and beyond to help us. We had a few problems near the end of the deal but they both kept us informed of the issues and gave us advice on what would be best to do. They were very approachable and friendly . The open day was so well done they had a lot of interested people to view the property and sold it that day. Would highly recommend them. We'll done.
