The most unprofessional lettings and property managers I ever had the had the misfortune to deal with. They do not do basic responsibilities like screen the quality of their tenants or inspections of the property. Very poor client servicing and very unresponsive communication (no response to emails and calls unless you follow up with them 6 times). Errors in the accounts occurred numerous times and I had to chase for months for these to be resolved. I suffered substantial financial losses because of their actions. I communicated my concerns to them but they did not acknowledge these or make any attempt to improve their service. Instead, they insisted they were doing a professional job! How is that for a company that does not listen to its clients. No wonder there is such a high turnover of staff (lost track of the number of property managers I dealt with over 3 years). If you are looking for a lettings or property manager, save yourself the grief and stay away from Andrews Estates. It was a total nightmare to work with them..

I am delighted with the service from Andrew's Estates. I have been very well looked after by the Neston Branch. They have a great deal of knowledge about the Wirral property market and have been a pleasure to deal with. Within a week they found us wonderful tenants. I highly recommend Andrew's Estates.

Absolutely disgusted with the so called ' full property management service' when there was an issue with our property it took the tenants messaging us for us to find out about it! They also carried out NO checks that were supposed to be done. There was also damage to the property on the oven and kitchen which wasn't checked our noted!! The dvd inventory has never appeared even though we've asked for it numerous times! The list is endless!!!!!!!
All the issues were also raised with andrews and nothing got done!!

They're only getting one star as I can't do a review giving none!!!

Worst Estate agent I have ever come across, the do not return your calls or emails they put the rent up without telling you and they also deny calling out to your property when they have been to it over some reason or other. I don't know how the got a gold award. It took 8 weeks for them to send a reference that was about 4 lines long , all I can say is STAY AWAY !

Incompetent and unprofessional. Took 10 days to answer emails asking important questions and was unclear on the process from the get go. I’m still not entirely sure what was wanted. It felt extremely dodgy and untrustworthy.

If this is how you treat potential buyers, I don’t think I want to know how you deal with tenants.

Recently purchased a beautiful bungalow in Parkgate and dealing with Andrews Estates was a pure joy from start to finish, from the first phone call and viewing on the same day my wife and I instantly fell in love with the property it had everything we could wish for, and more.
The young lady who showed us around the property had extensive knowledge of the bungalow and the area even advising us of the local schools, her name was Kirsty and a consummate professional from start to finish
The other ladies we’d dealt with in the office and on the phone again were superb Eleanor and Dorothy if memory serves
I would highly recommend this company to deal with all aspects of buying or selling local property
When our children are old enough I hope they decide to settle here in Parkgate and buy a home not a property but a home from Andrews 10/10 excellent experience

Never use this estate agents!!!! A bunch of cowboys who don’t pick up the phone or get back to you.

We saw a property we liked on Tuesday and was “showed round” by a 17 year old shy timid girl named Charlie who didn’t know anything about the place. We showed ourselves round as you could tell she had no confidence.
We then said we like it and happy to proceed but she said ok call the office and I will send applications. After 36 hours trying to get through to Charlie and her colleagues saying she will call back, Charlie was unreliable and didn’t call email or anything. Super unprofessional and lazy. We finally managed to call her this morning and she said in a highly patronising tone.. “ oh yes it’s taken off the market now we found someone else”. What a silly disorganised cow.

Screw your Charlie, were never using vista abode again and will be telling our friends and family this poor excuse for an estate agents.

I would give zero stars if I could. They are now 'reincarnated' as Vista Abode. Still run by Victoria Smith, an ex director of Andrews Estates. Ran off (via liquidation of Andrews Estates) with my tenants deposits. If you're thinking of letting a property with these people. Be warned.
