Having had a bad experience with tenants, a friend suggested I consider using Chartwell Residential.
Chartwell have now managed my properties for the past 12 year & they are absolutely excellent.
Keith, together with his team, provide a brilliant professional service both in finding excellent new tenants, managing any maintenance issues efficiently; at a reasonable cost & providing timely advice on any new legislation.
I can’t speak highly enough about the service they provide & thoroughly recommend them to Landlords & tenants alike.

Since using Chartwell Lettings to rent my flat they have been spot on. Their vetting process is very thorough. The first Tennant was reliable and friendly renting the property for well over a year. The managing agent Keith is resourceful (obtaining a parking space) and gets things done such as decorating and any repairs through his handyman Paul. When new Tennant's moved in Keith gave me a full update on them so I'm very happy the rental income will keep flowing in.

During my 3 years renting through Chartwell Residential the team were excellent.
Keith was always just on the other end of the phone if I ever needed anything and the whole experience was faultless.
The whole team were efficient throughout and nothing was ever too much effort for them.
Chartwell Residential make you feel like a valued tenant and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking for a rental property.

Couldn't recommend them enough.
We have been renting from Chartwell for about 6.5 years. We only had a few issues with the fridge and washing machine during our tenancy but Keith and the team have always gone above and beyond to get someone to come and fix them as quickly as possible. If I will ever need to rent again I'd go back to them without hesitation.

This is the first time I have rented on my own and nothing could be more simple.

Chartwell Residential have been upfront and honest with me from the very beginning. I much prefer having a conversation with a genuine person than a sales person who will tell you anything you want to hear.

I shopped around looking for my first flat, this was not easy as I planned on living alone. Other agencies invited me to showings but I could not secure anything, even though I was offering to pay everything that needed to be paid upfront there and then. I felt that because I wanted to rent on my own people would not give me a chance. Until I found Chartwell Residential.

Whilst under-staffed and stretched thin, the amazing people at Chartwell Residential took me from a phone call to living in a place I could call my own within a matter of weeks. I could not be more satisfied with the service they have provided and how friendly they have been whilst providing it.

I waited a week before reporting any problems as I wanted to find them all first, there were only a couple. After one email, an engineer was sent out to not only assess the issue but have it fixed the following day. The shower taps no longer turned off completely, instead of a bodge job the engineer replaced the taps without messing me around and with the minimum amount of visits. I have had experience with engineers dragging out a job to increase their hourly rate but here, this was not the case.

Overall, I have no complaints, only praise for Chartwell Residential, thank you for all your efforts and I look forward to renting from you for many years.

Having been long term tenants of Chartwell lettings (9.5 x years) we looked upon the company more as friends than representatives of our landlord. We found the whole staff extremely approachable at all times and on the odd occasion that we required assistance with the property a qualified tradesman was with us straight away.

Keith Walters was always on hand to help and would always return our call and in many cases visit us in person to make sure that everything was ok, he looked after us from the day we moved in to the day we vacated.
