Never go to this people, their properties are not soundproofed, overcrowded, infested with mice, fleas, bugs. They are expensive and want you to pay cash, as they're avoiding paying tax. There are not dealing with tenants problems and ask them to do their own repairs. They are very greedy and not recommended at all. I am taking them to the court next week

A house where the landlord doesn't want to invest money in quality.
I've been staying in the house for a long period of time, I had to do general repairs that shouldn't be doing the tenant.
I've been cleaning the house and maintaining it but in exchange I've received people entering in the house without permit( different builders or whatsoever pretending working ).
They forced the lock to my room and opened it without permission again.
They totally forget that they are in UK and not in their country to trespass the law!!!
I moved as I was fed up of so much disturbance and no respect!!!
