A really good customer experience. Everything is clearly explained and you're made to feel welcome at the office. Sam Trueman is particularly good and helpful.

I can only speak to the viewings element of CGT's service as I didn't ultimately end up renting through them, but Georgina was incredibly helpful to me. After an initial viewing had to be cancelled due to the property being taken, Georgina made every effort to contact and update me. She was then very thoughtful in remembering me when another property became available, and contacted me before it went to market to check my interest. Little things like this go a long way. Thanks again, Georgina.

The team here are incredible. Georgina was fantastic showing me the properties and was so warm and friendly. Julia was great in the office and made me feel so comfortable when going through the paperwork.

I have just signed a tenancy agreement with CGT and dealt mainly with Michelle Brooks, who has been really helpful and easy to communicate with. Also thanks to Julia for running me through the practical things on the first day - such as utilities and supplying me with a really detailed inventory and loads of helpful information. All in all the professional attitude and detailed guidance have made the whole experience so much more positive at a stressful time - thanks to the team !

Michelle was really helpful, friendly and professional throughout the Lettings process. She managed to arrange a last minute viewing on a Saturday, as the tenant in the property we’d intended to view was denying access. She was really understanding that we’d travelled a fair distance, and didn’t want us to leave disappointed. Michelle kept us informed at every stage on the Lettings agreement, and made the whole process as smooth as possible, a huge relief :-) Would definitely contact Michelle again if we were moving within the area!

Excellent service, Georgina is very helpful and kind, willing to answer all my questions at any time of the day. Julia and Michelle arranged everything very quickly so that we could move into the property on time. Our language deficiencies were handled with patience, so we are very grateful to the team. We will also choose them for the next house rental.

Michelle Brooks and Sam Trueman have been excellent in helping me navigate my first buy to let property. They have given me so much useful information, always on hand to answer my questions and above all found a tenant for me in less than a week and they moved in before a month of them having it!
