HES Parry & Drewett (Sutton)

We rented through HES Parry & Drewett in Sutton for one year in 2018 to 2019. We were really impressed with all the staff in the office who went out of their way to ensure our check in went smoothly and ...during the year .. when there was anything that needed attention they were extremely attentive. Pofessional and efficient.. we were really glad that we went through this rental agency and we would highly recommend the Sutton office.

If you are a tenant and want to be treated with NO respect, consideration and unreasonable HES Parry & Drewett is the agent you should go to.
Be ready to get ripped off once you have given them deposit even if it in deposit protection scheme.
I am not just an anger tenant, but can support my comments with evidence of emails, ping me separately and happy to share.

I rented via Parry & Drewett last year and have to say I found their service refreshingly personable. During the viewing to move in process Jackie and the team answered all of my questions promptly and directly. When I had an issue with the shower they had a plumber attend very quickly after my call to report it, unfortunately due to the pandemic there were delays but the agency kept chasing this up for me, and even went on to instruct a second plumber, needless to say I was impressed with how it was handled.

Stephanie in particular really helped in keeping me informed and no issue was too big or small.

With their consistently kind attitude I would recommend Stephanie, Jackie and the team at the Parry & Drewett Sutton branch.
