My house sold in 2 days! Ray didn't complain when towards the end I was contacting him constantly as I had a deadline to meet. I would thoroughly recommend.

The worst agency ever.
They 3 times changed the date of viewing, but more over when I called them by my self to confirm!
On the forth time when viewing was confirmed they sent me a message in 1 hour before the viewing that the property has been let...knowing that I have made 120 miles for this viewing from another city.
I suggest you NEVER contact this agency.

Firstly, I have no connections with this company and secondly I do have experience of other estate agents within Northampton . The service we received from Ray and Tom at Cotters far surpassed, our previous dealings with other agents. A small company but so experienced and with such personal, dedicated and committed service. Always friendly and cheerful. Really felt valued by them. Feedback and communication were excellent throughout , faultless in fact. I cannot praise Cotters highly enough, superb in every aspect. We had the pleasure of having Ray support us on the purchase of our new property and the selling of our previous one. Communication was second to none, with Ray happy to talk whenever possible. When Ray wasn't available, Tom stepped into support with a seamless transition.

Just like to thank Ray and Tom for everything they have done throughout the selling process. Not only did they find buyers in the quickest time but Cotters offer a fee being the best with no VAT.. Furthermore it was very reassuring to know that they went the extra mile to liaise with all parties concerned to provide update info in how the sale is progressing. Ray has been fantastic in that we were able to contact him after hours and obtain updates that not even solicitors were able to provide.. Even when the first buyer decided to do the unthinkable by pulling out on completion day leaving us absolutely livid, Ray and Tom stayed positive and found another buyer within days. They started the same process again and Ray played his part again as agent and solicitor. Well done and fully appreciated the efforts Ray put in throughout this stressful time. Ray and Tom were amazing, friendly and professional. They kept us updated on the progress of the sale of our property and advised us accordingly when we were unsure of the process. They are the best I have come across in town. Very highly recommended.

super unfair agency and it reasonable company we have spend time from my hospital time to read all of these holding fee taken
I have spent much time and took all my serious steps to rent the property and replied to all your emails within few hours seriously

Also I have the right to rent and you told me that you've got it.

Also as a healthcare workers these days our movements from a hospital to another is so unusual
and my guarantor thankfully replied to you that he moved and yes he has moved and you after all suddenly told me the landlord is not happy to proceed !

I understand that you tried but it doesn't mean I should pay quarter my salary in nothing! and nothing was in my hands!

really very frustrated to spend time with these people they are unfair one month for me searching everywhere instead of helping us out they just took 240 £ as holding fee and said no refund and the landlord stoped the process himself not us
