Amazing Company

I had a few tiles in my bathroom that needed replacing. As I have a little one at home I was very anxious to get it fixed. Patricia Shepherd went above and beyond to not only fix the problem but replace the floor so it is all perfectly safe and looks lovely too.

I was almost giving up on booking for viewing appointment after a series of unfruitful appointments with other Estate Agents . From the moment my wife told me about the incredible customer service she received from Patricia Shepherd Staff I begin to have faith and thought of giving it a try. The next day we were happily viewing a property with Thomas whose cool and very friendly mindset kept our anxiety low ,boosting our confidence that we will get the property. Without wasting much time I send them an email and Gemma's prompt responsiveness was incredible. As a first time Tenant the delivery of the information was straightforward . Thomas would make sure that he always calls me and gives me an update .The amount of effort Thomas and Gemma put in from the viewing , referencing ,contracts until the handover process is quite remarkable , simply its beyond their job descriptions.
With my eyes closed I do not hesitate to recommend them especially to first time tenants as they will guide you in a straight forward way that will make you feel like you are dealing with friends who prioritize your needs which I am positive they do to all their clients .
