There is a lot of talk about estate agents in this day and age with online agents, quick and cheap options etc. That is all well and good when things go super smooth.

Ben Rose, Tammy, Danielle and the whole team where absolutely fantastic with us. We had a bump in the road with our sale which almost lost us our next home. It’s at these times when the value of having a great estate agent shows. The team managed to rescue the situation and turn the whole thing around in a matter of days.

Yes its costs money to sell your house using an estate agents, its money very well spent when using Ben Rose.

All the staff at Ben Rose have been extremely helpful from beginning to end with our recent house move. The photography in particular is outstanding and the little extras such as video walkthrough really made a difference! We sold within a month despite a difficult period over Christmas, and the agents always kept us updated with any progress. We would highly recommend Ben Rose Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell!

The photos were superb and they sold our house really quickly. My only issue was that there was a lack of contact from the Chorley office after the property had been sold and was going through. We had to phone for updates and emails were often not responded to. In the end we had to go through our solicitor to contact the buyer. This would put me off using them again which is a shame as they were so good initially.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish throughout our house sale. Photos where great, put on line quickly. We had viewings straight away, and an offer came within a few weeks. Great service from these guys. Photos looked great. Had a plethora of viewers very quickly and got a great price I was more than happy to accept after the first day. The process after that was very difficult and stressful due to my mortgage lender's requirements, but Tammy, Leanne and the others in the team were very helpful in keeping things moving; and doing all they could to orchestrate a successful sale and purchase, which they were in the end. Ben Rose offer a fantastic customer orientated service from start to finish. They have superb expertise in every area, they took the strain out of selling this my second property sold through them with ease, giving the best advice from start to finish and made the process a much easier journey from my past memories of selling a property. Ben Rose are incredible estate agents! We have both sold with them in 2021 and recently bought through them. During our sale process, they were realistic and honest with us resulting in us getting a fair market price. Our main reason for choosing them to sell our home was the standard of photography and their reputation in the Chorley area.
