A DISGRACE Artistic spaces (Monier Works site) are situated directly next to residential flats with only 1 block wall separating them from multiple childrens apartments/bedrooms that cannot sleep due to what may aswel be a party next door every night. Dance studios open until 11pm, event spaces holding parties with loud music disturbing the peace inside and outside the space until late…… total disregard for the neighbouring residents to the point that artistic spaces do not even notify potential clients who will be signing contracts that adjacent to the units they will hire is in fact a purpose built family orientated block with children residing.
The space should not exist in an office style commercial unit, not built for high impact , high noise activity…….Can you imagine living in an apartment with your child and the unit the other side of your wall decides to convert into a dance studio or an event space continuously performing construction work until late and events/parties? No noise reduction instalments at all, no sound proofing, no sound testing to evaluate the disturbance they will cause, no regard for others whatsoever. That is in effect what Artistic spaces are doing have done and my child is becoming run down due to lack of sleep because of them. They know the full extent of the impact, they know complaints are being made to the council, they continuously lie in response to the council and have decided to refrain from communication from residents. Before booking you should know. This company has total disregard for neighbouring residents. It’s a disgrace.
This may seem like the first 1 star review but look into artistic spaces as a company not just the new premises (Monier works) there are plenty of reviews exposing this cowboy outfit!

Sort the door out at Warwick works, it doesn’t lock properly.
