I am really happy to have rented a house through RI Properties and would definitely recommend.

I'm very disappointed with their service and very rude and disrespectful behavior. I felt unfairly treated when our contract ended and I found out they want to deduct money from our deposit. The landlord told us the agency advised him to take our money as he was happy with the house. I got no help from them when I complained about humidity and mould even if I had a new born baby with a nasty allergy due to it. I would never ever recommend RI Property as they will agree with the landlord and will take money from the deposit and will always deal with you with maximum superiority and disrespect.

After bad experience with other agencies I came to RI Property Services and they found for me and my family perfect place to live. They kept all the agreements about removing furniture I didn't need, date of moving in, documents ready on time and perfectly clear.
During the tenancy I had problems with "difficult " neighbours so agency alongside with landlord solve the issues.
Maintaining property is top ten, all the issues are fixed very quick.
I can't say bad word about ladies working there, they never disappoint me and they are always very friendly and respectful.
Highly recommend.

This agency is a big mistake !!! A complete waste of time !!! 4 agents took care of me and everyone had a different version about renting an apartment or knew nothing. Every time I heard "come tomorrow". 2 days ago at 2 p.m. I was to receive an email (the agent was supposed to call lanlord) - I am still waiting. I also didn't receive any reply to my email with a reminder. Zero level of customer service, lack of competence and commitment. If you see this company, walk past. AVOID !!!

The staff trained at a high level with open arms and open heart can really makes you feel comfortable immediately .
I highly recommend this agency and I am absolutely positive that the nicest ladies ever will makes you feel happy as me and my husband feel like.

Had a problem with our kitchen tap and the agency sent Charles to fix it promptly. Very satisfied with the work.

As most ppl have said this is a very poor company. I viewed a property and informed them I will give a decision the next day, after deciding to go ahead I tried to contact over the next 2/3 days no one in the office picked up phone, I left emails and voice messages and no responses. When I did finally get through I was told it had been let the day I viewed it. They didn't even have the courtesy to inform me.

I would stay clear of this letting agent, dishonest people with poor people skills. Staff are always very rude and find any excuse to keep entire deposit. They have made the last few years of my life hell and breached the tenancy agreement in many ways. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not trust!
