My property manager was Gareth Thomas, who was very friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout my tenancy. He was always quick to respond to any inquiries or issues that arose, and he made an extra effort to help me navigate an international move. I recommend Gareth and Scott Fraser most highly.

Gareth and the Lifestyle team at Scott Fraser have recently managed the refurbishment of the bathroom in my rental property. Communication was excellent and the appointed contractor listened and followed my directions and was helpful in making a number of suggestions to complete the works on time. Had excellent experience with Scott Fraser and especially with Rebecca Shaw as a property agent. They are quick to respond, keep their promise and definitely did an amazing job with (out of hours) flat maintenance and emergency response.

I just came back to our property, and after discovering that my concern was not sorted out yet, I sent a message to Isaiah who works in the head office. My concern was addressed via e-mail, and the next thing I know, the clog in my shower has been fixed on the afternoon on that same day I sent the e-mail. Efficient!

I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Scott Fraser’s property management team. I moved out of a property in Haynes Road, Marston, 2 months ago and still haven’t received the outstanding amounts owed to me despite me providing a detailed email of the issue. They never call back and it is impossible to get through to the staff who are supposedly responsible. I have expended a lot of time just trying to get an update from them but to no avail. I should have known to expect this as there are other reviewers who have had the same experience. It is 15/11/2022 and I have only resorted to posting this review because all other avenues have been exhausted.

I have experience of Scott Fraser as both a Landlord and as an agent when selling the same property. They have been very helpful and professional in both aspects. In particular the sales team have gone out of their way to get the sale over the line and help in many ways to keep the property safe and myself informed.
