An Agent that has absolutely no idea what they are doing.

Very helpful and personable agents. Thank you so much to Ian for helping me with a key-related disaster. The agents are very quick in responding to issues or questions in a friendly way.

Avoid at all costs. Worst Lettings agent I have ever encountered. An example of a charge when the tenancy ended was 60 pounds for a lightbulb replacement - this is just the tip of the iceberg. Do not risk it!

Feliks Augustine were extremely informative and sympathetic dealing with me and my partner who were looking to move to Greenwich. Even through our plans changed, they went above and beyond to help us. We had a lovely experience interacting with them.
