Paul and his team delivered exemplary service - something I have never once experienced in my past seven years of renting, every other agency I have been through has been endless chasing up, poor admin and hidden fees. Quest were efficient, honest, reliable and professional at every stage. Thanks to the Quest team, specially Omar who helped me not only find my dream home, they went above and beyond to make sure I got it. The communication from the team was spotless and always kept me updated on the status of my application. We had dealing with Quest and feel very disappointed we viewed a property advertised with a large garden and double garage we was
shown around by the current Tennant. She was a lovely lady but didn't hold back on telling us that the garage would be knocked down and 3 house built in the back garden with two young children this was a concern . We went back to Quest to explain as we thought this was a big detail that had not been explained.
We was assured that the building work had not yet been a approved so we came to a agreement that if we rented the property just for 12 months no building works would happen for that 1 year and we would have use of the double garage as advertised
We spoke with the owner all was going ahead ....only to receive a text the day before Christmas eve telling us the owner didn't want us to rent because of the building works ...my husband called Quest no one knew about this aso he text back and asked for a call it's now 4th of January we would have hoped a kinder explainantion seeing as we was set to move and just waiting for contracts
I feel texting a customer even if it's ending the communication is very unprofessional

I found my new flat through Quest Property and I would recommend their services 100%.
