Oaklands Estates is a great agency and they dealt with my tenancy in a very simple and straightforward way. Azim is super attentive to any issue and his response is always immediate, even if it's outside office hours. My stay has been generally stress-free with the agency's helpfulness and consideration.

After having some bad experiences with other agencies in London I was so lucky founding Oakland Estates to rent a room! Mr Abdul was very professional and very supportive to me the all time. My questions or concerns would never be ignored, they are very respectful and kind.

Through the pandemic I had to think about the tenants , who couldn’t go to work as I couldn’t ,rent was paid in part as I let one room for one person who could not afford to live in London at the time.Abdul and his team gave me all the support in the pandemic, and still do 100% in times of hardship. One of the worst letting agencies i have ever seen.

Basically if you call and ask deeper details about the price, they will pretend that they can hear you well and they will hang up. Although your signal is perfect.

I called 4 times after that and they never answer again.

Please avoid this horrible agencie, imagine if you let from them and you have an issue.
