I happened to have the misfortune to live , next door to a property managed by Manor Properties, and we have had a history of problems over the years because of their mismanagement, the latest being a rat infestation because of accumulation of rubbish in the front garden of the adjacent house and a number of entry points for the rats in the property which to this date they have not dealt with, in spite of numerous phone calls to them. We are considering legal action now. These are very unpleasant and unhelpful landlords and unfortunately they get away with it time and time again.

This is the worst agency I've ever used. They tried to invent reasons not to repay my deposit back. When the washing machine broke they refused to repair it or change it. I had to pay for a new one. They are very kind and polite until you sign the contract and after that they don't care about you.

They knocked three times to my house, my girlfriend was sleeping due to a night shift so she didn't open the door. Then they used the key to enter my house to replace the ring bell, fortunately my girlfriend woke up and the man from the agency apologized. What the hell are you doing by entering people's houses without letting them know it? That's illegal!

Very very poor!!! They gonna get into your house without telling nothing and when you catch them they are saying it is an emergency...
All the time you calling them are rude on the phone or shouting on you.. as they have bad reviews they been help from an agency called Anthony Pepe. This agency shows you the flat you gonna set up everything with them and they gonna pass it to manor properties. So advise don't use this agency for you future flat/house. As they are full of rats as well

If it was possible to give a 0/5 star review, this wouldn't be enough. If it was possible to give a -5/5 star review, this still wouldn't be enough. Without doubt the absolute worst agency I have ever used and I would beg anyone to re-consider using this agency. The staff are rude, unhelpful and frankly not good enough at their job. They refuse to help in any situation, whether it be issues with appliances or the house as a whole. They seem content with their tenants living in squalor. Once you sign a contract, you sign your life away. I beg you, if you are reading this, DO NOT USE.

this landlord is disgraceful! they enter your home without permission. they cut corners wherever possible. We had a horrific case of mould which was 'treated' by removing the plasterboard and replacing without treating the cause of the mould. This mould was agreed to be removed before moving into the home but we spent the first 6 months of our lease arguing about it not being treated and eventually had to go to council who enforced action. We viewed the property in the winter and were unfortunate to find out in the summer that the garden is subject to japanese knotweed which is not tamable. We rented the property on the basis of it being unfurnished. on the day we got keys, were not able to put our own furniture in as the landlord failed to remove their furnishings. DO NOT RENT THEIR PROPERTIES!

The only reason they are still in business is because of their ruthlessness and general disregard of human rights.

They evicted us after we complained about HOLES in the windows. It snowed in our rooms and they refused to do anything. Instead they served noticed and then asked if they could store NEW WINDOWS at the flat so they could be fixed after we had left.

Be prepared to live in a sh*thole and get no help from Manor!

Hopefully someone will read these reviews, stay away from this disaster and they will go out of business. I live near one of their properties and their workmen stand in the street all day yelling at each other (it's their way of conversing). Nightmare.
