Neil Douglas Lettings

Having been with Neil Douglas now for 5 years I have found them to be absolutely superb. They are professional, understanding and kind. I would fully recommend them to anyone wanting to rent properties either in a landlord capacity or a tenant capacity.

Neil Douglas are really the best!!!!!!

Left my property unlocked with the back entrance wide open for 4 days after they checked my tenant out, with a full set of keys sat just inside the door.

This is after they failed to identify that my tenant's child was drawing on the newly decorated walls until their final inspection (which, prospective landlords should know, they performed after the deadline to serve notice on the tenant, which makes zero sense to me?).

In my experience there's maybe one person who has a clue at Neil Douglas, Cheryl, who is capable of basic customer service. Literally everyone else I've interacted with at this firm has been completely useless.

I had gotten used to the general lack of competence in the 2 years they have been looking after my portfolio, but leaving my property empty & wide open for several days takes the cake really. Landlords, you've been warned.

Brilliant company. We work closely with Neil Douglas looking after their carpet and hard flooring cleaning across their many sites. They are really attentive to detail, work very efficiently and are very easy to deal with. We have met many residents of blocks managed by Neil Douglas whilst we are working on their sites and Neil Douglas are spoken about by clients as having a very high level of integrity. It's a pleasure working with you.

I have been renting with Neil Douglas for over 3 years, all the staff were always very lovely, friendly and helpful. Every time that I had a problem they send contractors very quickly, and always responding to queries very swiftly. I remember at one point when my shower was out of order they gave me keys to another property, although the shower was repaired within less than 48hrs. They always try their best to help! Thank you to all the staff who made my stay very pleasant.

Now in my 3rd year of renting with Neil Douglas. From day 1 they were superb in helping find and view a range of properties. Since moving in every member of staff in the office have been friendly and professional in sorting out problems and it's actually a pleasure to see them during property inspections; they really care about both the property and their renters.
