Nicola and the team have dealt with our rental property for many years and we consider it money well spent - I know some people have the view that it's maybe an unnecessary expense if you're on hand and can deal with it yourself. However, we couldn't put a price on peace of mind - everything over the years has been dealt with efficiently, we're always informed of any problem or potential issue, contractors are instructed for any work, inspections are regularly made to ensure the property is in good order, we're given feedback on any work carried out, necessary inspections are arranged (boiler maintenance, EPC report, PAT test etc.), finding tenants and carrying out the necessary checks, keeping up to date with the ever changing policies - the list goes on. We can't thank them enough for the consistently great job and great service over the years, and we would recommend them to anyone thinking about using an agent for their rental property.

Satisfied with most of Cavendish staff services. They help me a lot in the whole rental services and even after sales. Their prompt replies made the process work frequently.

However I reserved one star for the improvement of their services especially the receptionist of the maintenance department.

Daniel and the team at Cavendish Rentals have been extremely helpful. One of the few agencies in the area that does online viewings, an excellent one at that. Very convenient for those who are working full time and have no family/friends in the area. All processes were explained comprehensively and they have all been very helpful throughout. Cavendish Rentals is a fantastic company. They offer online viewing for their properties, which provides flexibility and gives prospective tenants a good chance to decide whether or not they actually want to make a journey out to a property. As a first time renter, I had a wonderful time working with Daniel and Nicola in order to sort everything. They were kind, very professional, and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend going to Cavendish over other Lettings Agents, as I've found that some other companies are rather unresponsive or unprofessional in their correspondence.

Daniel has been great liaising with Mr, I wasn't able to do a viewing but he is very understanding with the learning curve of sorting out documents!
