I have used Howard Morley for 29 years to rent properties in Guildford and the service has been second to none . Peter May had always been excellent and I thoroughly recommend them.

Rented a property through this business and heard nothing from them for 4 years until we decided to move out. No check-up or interest in nurturing clients. I would question what their values are with so much competition on their doorstep. It took over 10 emails to their admin team to get an (approximate) final figure confirmed for an early release. Shop around and judge the other levels of service available nowadays for yourself. Good luck to the business and never forget the importance of the experience you are selling.

Tried to make an appointment last week and I was told I will get the appointment and call- never got any of those and this week told to come in the middle of the day which I had already mentioned last week that will not work. And then I am told they already have 6-7 viewing s so it’s anyways difficult- very unprofessional!
