I am very pleased with the service I have received whilst being a tenant via Cityrooms.
I feel that this agency are currently going from strength to strength and will always keep an ear out for each and every one of their young professional clients.
I have been with Cityrooms for the past 3 years since 2019, initially I assumed that they mostly catered to oversees / international students.
Initially, this made me slightly reticent to sign with them at the time!
Moreover, following some thorough research of my own, I soon realised they were the right property agency for me as a young professional.
I believe that Cityrooms are extremely professional and great at what they do.
They know how to cater to and meet the needs of all of their clients and we’re also exceptionally great during the heart of the 2020 pandemic.
Cityrooms offer very respectable prices in a forever growing property market.
My consultant Andrea was extremely helpful alongside senior members such as Alicia and Jafar.
Please read this review before signing with Cityrooms and also consider this statement as a testimonial for all young professionals currently seeking a room to let.

It’s a shamble… I was not allowed to view the room for some weird reason, I’ve been sent a video of the room and looked okish. Let me tell you about my room, the flat has a massive kitchen so they decided to split the kitchen and make up a “room”. Whoever walks in the kitchen I wake up as it’s a plaster wall… if my flat mates cook all the smell comes in my room, when the sun hits the room it becomes a sauna obviously cause it’s not designed to be a room…
If you want to complain ??? Naaa they will ignore you cause the money it’s in the bank. No duty of care towards their clients… you pay 1200£ for a room and you have to shut up… they offer you to relocate but then you get ignored. They put bills included because at the end of tenancy they can deduct your deposit under the pretext of over usage bills.
Look at the state of £1200 room in zone 3…

Andrea was my agent and he was extremely helpful! He helped me get a home in a matter of 2 days. He was very patient, well mannered, kind and he did his personal best to accommodate all my needs in one room.
The manager Giovanni also was super quick with addressing an issue and resolving it. I would 10/10 recommend Cityrooms to anyone who is looking for a place and good agents to help you through! 😊

I have recently came through city rooms and was in touch with Salvatore who is my agent. I must say he has helped me with finding a really nice room while I had little time on my hands and with the on going housing crisis in London. He was able to accommodate me and my friend in a very limited time. He and city rooms has been great service providers while I was struggling to find a house for me and my friend. I would definitely recommend City Rooms and Salvatore for anybody wanting to rent through an agency.

I am a landlord working with City Rooms since 2005. During all these years, they have consistently proven to be trustworthy, open and honest with me. Jason and Matthew have always kept their promises to me over many years. City Rooms has consistently paid me every month without fail, even during COVID. The maintenance team always checks in promptly regarding any repairs, maintenance or replacements and sorts this out efficiently, so I don't have to worry about this. Full marks all round!

Alex was more than helpful in finding me an apartment in London. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great apartment that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Alex made the nightmare that is finding an Apartment in London a breeze! Also, I was able to do all the requisite including agreement online itself. I highly recommend city rooms for someone looking for a nice property. Thankyou Alex for all the assistance.

My experience with City Rooms has been good. My agent, Thomas Paul, is professional, friendly and always replies quickly. Transparent and realistic with what I can expect. When there was a stain on the carpet and the desk when I moved in, they immediately organised a new desk and a professional cleaning for the carpet without me having to ask. Bathroom and kitchen could be cleaner, but this probably is a flatmate issue.

I'm a professional musician looking for upmarket shared accommodation in the central area and agent Andrea found me a very conveniently located property in London Bridge. I gave a small deposit of 300 pounds to "secure it" before the viewing. Went for the viewing a few days later and ended up not taking it because it was a fifth floor. My 300 deposit was refunded next day. I didn't end up renting from them but the service was very professional, straight forward, agent was friendly and I got my 300 deposit back right away with no hassle. Great communication.
