Choice Lettings Watford

Deducted almost half the deposit despite the fact the property was infested with mould and which I repeatedly asked them to clean which they didn't even though they said they would send someone.

I had two young children living with me who were affected by the mould and became ill. They blamed the mould on lack of ventilation and tenant lifestyle? Rather odd as I have lived in many properties in my life and this was the first time it occurred. Strange no?

Avoid this agency!

NB I did dispute the deposit unlike they have stated here but it was refused. I had emails from Justin from Choice stating that someone would be sent to rectify the mould but these emails were deleted in error. I would not complain to this degree if I was in the wrong.... Take some responsibility Choice Lettings!
